Car: 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier 2.2 L61

Story:

Alex’s car is another one of the L61 Eco powered Cavalier’s tuned by Innovative Tuning. This car is boosted by a GMPP M62 with a 3.0″ pulley and also has a heat exchanger and 42lbs injectors to compensate. We started by getting the car to idle and drive with the new injectors, and then cranked out the power.

Update:  Alex’s car ran on the dyno today.
 
 
 
 
214 whp/ 192 ft/lbs.  Alex’s car is currently the 2nd highest powered boosted Ecotec on the J-body.com.  Well done Alex!
 
 
UPDATE :  Aug 30/2010.
 
Alex’s car has moved on to a new home!  Alex has bigger plans for next summer!

  1. hi, i´m understand a little english , please , i have a cavalier 2003 with supercharger eaton M62, but i dont´n know reprogramming PCM, part number 17800003 must be presented to dealer in order to receive the new calibration? or how?

    please i need your help,

    • The calibration in Alex’s car was a custom calibration done specifically for Alex’s car by us using HPTuner software.
